About the Author
Alex Olivares is the founder and CEO of AA Performance. Alex has over a decade of experience in health, fitness, and soccer, having worked with top youth academies like Atlético de Madrid, Barça Academy, and Austin FC. As Austin FC’s first Academy Director of High Performance, he built the department from the ground up and helped players earn professional contracts and Division 1 scholarships. He holds a Sports Science degree and two master's degrees in Fitness Coaching and Injury Reconditioning in Soccer.
